We pursue a holistic approach that involves all departments under the leadership of our ESG officer. In this way we can ensure that our goals can be pursued collectively and that our sustainable values are also reflected in the daily work of our employees.
It is important to us that our employees take part in regular internal and external trainings on ESG so that we can reflect the latest developments in the market in our decision-making processes.

In our portfolio we have experienced clients with proven expertise in the field of sustainability with whom we maintain a regular dialogue about “best practices”. We use this exchange to question and realign our own processes as well as those of our clients with regard to our sustainable footprint.
As a member of the BAI Sustainable Finance & ESG working group, we are actively involved in the development of ESG-related regulations and standards and are therefore in constant contact with other market participants on ESG topics.
Together with our professional network from different disciplines and alternative asset classes, we discuss, for example, the feasibility of new sustainable regulation or the increase in ESG-related investments.
