Nic Müller

Managing Director - CEO
Nic is Board Member and in charge of risk management and valuation at ACM. He was associate partner at KPMG Luxembourg with professional qualification in Luxembourg and Germany (tax advisor/auditor) and UK (Chartered Accountant) with a focus on Venture Capital, Private Equity and Private Debt.

Stephan Grimm

Managing Director
Stephan is in charge for Legal and Compliance at ACM. Prior to ACM, he worked several years for a leading Private Markets AIFM and a German SuperManCo. He holds several positions in Private Markets Funds. Stephan studied Finance and Law in Germany and Sweden.

Viktoria Holzhäuser

Managing Director
Viktoria is in charge for fund and investment management at ACM. Before, she gained several years experience for two leading Alternative Investment Fund Managers in Luxembourg as Investment Manager and Team Head Product Management of Pensions Funds and Corporates.

Jens Holzhäuser

Managing Director
Jens is Board Member at ACM and responsible for the internal business processes. He worked several years with one of the leading AIFMs and as country manager of a compliance s oftware company. Jens started his career at KPMG Luxembourg as an auditor and consultant.

Dr. Anja-Isabel Bohnen

Non-executive Director
Anja-Isabel has worked in the Luxembourg fund industry for more than 16 years. Anja Isabel acted as conducting officer for a Luxembourg Private Equity Manager. Prior to this, she held several different senior positions at a renowned fund administrator and custodian and was the main contact for structuring and set up of Luxembourg and German funds.
